Pest activity shifts with weather, terrain, and what happens on a property, so cookie-cutter plans often miss the mark. Coverage reaches past a neighborhood, with visits and treatments that adjust as spring turns to summer and on into winter, too. Homes and businesses across Utah get a mix of sealing and sanitation tips, targeted placements where pests travel, and follow-up care that stops problems before they spread.
Our work doesn’t stop after a single visit. Our local exterminators have so many years of experience. We remain available, observant, and ready to adjust as new challenges arise. By staying proactive, consistent, and dependable, we provide strong, premium pest control solutions across Utah and into surrounding communities, keeping your property comfortable and protected year-round.
Stop ants at entry points with perimeter and spot treatments before they build trails and settle inside your home.
Crawling pest extermination services target the spots bugs hide and travel, like baseboards, corners, and tight gaps, to stop the problem at the source.
Mosquito treatment goes after the places they actually come from, like standing water, damp corners, and shady spots where they sit during the day, so evenings outside are a lot more comfortable.
Mouse control starts with trapping where mice run, then sealing the gaps they squeeze through, so the same problem does not keep coming back.
Rat control removes attractants, targets active areas, and blocks access around buildings and outdoor structures to keep rats from returning.
Silverfish hide in damp, low-light spots, so pest removal focuses on those areas while drying things out to protect paper goods, clothing, and stored items.
Spider services reduce web formation and indoor activity by treating key areas where spiders enter and settle over time naturally.

Lots of construction going on near my parents old farm house, so all the field mice decided to move in. They were overrun so we looked up exterminators. We ended up calling Phil at EcoLine and he sent Jameson out to our place right away. Jameson was extremely thorough in helping us assess the situation, making a plan and setting traps. Each time we talked to Phil he was so accommodating and Jameson has been absolutely fantastic with each visit! Not only are they great folks to work with EcoLine is extremely affordable. Would 100% recommend!!!
Rooflines can absolutely make a difference. Loose flashing, open vent screens, gaps at the soffit, or a low roof edge can turn the attic into an easy shortcut for mice, wasps, and other pests. Pest control specialists check those trouble spots, seal what should be sealed, and set targeted treatments where pests travel, without blocking the airflow your roof needs.
The holes where pipes, cables, and AC lines pass through the wall are some of the most common entry points. Mice can squeeze through tiny gaps, and insects slip in around loose seals and cracked caulk. Sealing those openings and tightening up the area around the line keeps pests from using your utility run as a front door.
When lots get dug up or graded, nests and burrows get wrecked, and the pests that were living there go looking for the nearest shelter. New homes are an easy target, especially around fresh foundations and utility cut-ins. Local exterminators can check the perimeter, treat disturbed soil where it makes sense, and seal early entry points so displaced pests do not move in.
Seals and weather stripping are your first line of defense. Gaps, warped frames, or poorly installed seals let insects and rodents slip inside. We check every door and window, repair or recommend sealing improvements, and apply Plain City pest control treatments along vulnerable edges, reducing the chances pests use these common entry points to access your living or working spaces.
Paper products are more useful to some pests than people think. Silverfish and a few beetles chew on paper, glue, and bindings, and cardboard boxes also give them a dry, hidden place to hang out. Damp basements, closets, and storage rooms make it even worse. Pest experts can help sort out what to toss, what to store in sealed bins, and where a targeted treatment makes sense so the problem does not spread to the rest of the house.
Yes. Even small gaps in lids or cracks in containers allow pests to detect food scents. Rodents and insects can penetrate poorly sealed storage, creating infestations. We recommend airtight containers, inspecting pantry and storage areas, and placing treatments or deterrents as needed, keeping pests from turning everyday storage into a source of repeated activity.
A compost pile can turn into a steady food source for ants, flies, and rodents, and once they are in the yard, the house is the next stop. If it sits near the foundation or a fence line, pests use that cover to move in close, especially at night. Keep compost a good distance from the home, keep it covered, and turn it often so it does not stay wet and smelly. If activity is already showing up, pest control in Plain City, UT can target the problem outside so it does not end up in the kitchen or garage.
Pet food left accessible or stored in weakly sealed bags attracts pests immediately. Rodents and insects are drawn to both dry kibble and wet food. We suggest using airtight containers, cleaning feeding areas, and inspecting surrounding zones. Strategic treatments prevent pests from associating your pets’ meals with easy access inside your home.
